Sean Moyer The problem is, you do not understand how the Trade centers were built. They were constructed like the I.B.M Building in Seattle. Floors suspended by a central core with no external support. If the floors collapse, the building falls straight down and pancakes like an accordion. It essentially a vertical suspension bridge. Cut the right wires and the whole thing collapses. Guess what happened when the core steel cables were melted by burning aluminum and the floors below it couldn't take the weight dropping on them from above, one at a time? Then momentum took over, genius. As I said, learn some physics.

Butch Robinson Idiot, I have actually seen the plans, sitting with world class engineers. I also watched the IBM tower constructed in Atlanta, exact same construction method. (now called One Atlantic Center) and am fully aware of the core column construction. Your description as a suspension bridge is LAUGHABLE. You lie when you say there was no external support. Since the skin of the building was also support, extremely thick concrete and steel, with aluminium cladding, decreasing with less weight load as the walls rose up the building. And your theory falls apart since the core column is a free standing tower, of unbelievably dense construction, yet it fell at the same speed as the rest of the building, a physical impossibility, by any method YOU as a NSA wonk would suggest. And the building did not actually fall, the components turned to dust in midair. Were it to have "pancaked" as you suggest, the rubble at the bottom would have been about 24 stories high at least. The towers did not collapse to a great extent they transmuted into dust and blew away. And if you were not a propagandist shill, you would admit it. For the rest of you who are not NSA/CIA or what ever alphabet traitor this wonk Sean Moyer is, here is a picture in sequence of one of the core columns turning to dust in midair.
